Teladoc physicians are highly credentialed and in their 14 year history, Teladoc has never had a malpractice claim. They will only treat conditions that are acute, non-emergency illnesses so they will not hesitate to direct you to a local physician or urgent care facility if they believe your condition needs a more definitive diagnosis or on-site care by a physician.
